Shareholders have voted for the cancellation of the Aim quotation of BVI-registered Greek property developer Agua Terra Ltd.

The financial problems in Greece mean that the company’s villa developments in Mykonos have come to a halt. Two directors are providing Agua Terra with cash to keep it going. Leaving Aim will help to conserve cash. Five out of the seven directors are resigning.

The quotation was cancelled on 23 September.
