Aim adviser Alexander David Securities Group has launched a new EIS Fund.
Alexander David Small Cap EIS Fund is looking to invest in Aim and Plus-quoted companies that are eligible for the Enterprise Investment Scheme. The idea is to invest in existing quoted companies that have been hit by the downturn in the market but have fundamentally sound businesses. The fund is not likely to invest in early-stage technology companies.
Alexander David will hold a 32.5% stake in the management company. Enterprise Corporate Finance, an expert in EIS investments, will run the fund.
At 0.875p a share, Alexander David is valued at £3.78m.
