Angle has maintained the profitability of its consultancy activities in the second half of its financial year.
The technology investment company moved into profit in the first half of the year to April 2008 and it will be profitable in the full year – before any development spending on controlled investments.
Bid discussions are continuing with Braveheart Investment. This would be an all share bid. The shares were unchanged at 36.5p.
The full year results will be released on 10 July.
