Aquabella

New Forest-based fish farmer Aquabella says sales have been better than expected but this has been achieved by discounting.

This means that although December and January sales of Barramundi were in excess of forecast in volume terms Aquabella’s revenues were lower than anticipated. So, yet again, Aquabella is running short of cash.

On the bright side, sales of fillets of Barramundi are encouraging.

A de-scaling machine will be a month late in becoming operational. It should be up and running this month.

The shares held steady at 12.5p.
