Arc Fund Management

Fully listed City of London Group has acquired a 12% stake in Arc Fund Management.
City of London joins Lord Ashcroft on the shareholder register.
In January Arc bought Cumbria-based IFA Independent Investment Associates for £2.1m. Arc has £410m under management following the acquisition.
Arc intends to make more acquisitions in the UK and overseas.
