ArgentVive has appointed David Rubin & Partners as its administrator.

The e-commerce company had tried to find more cash from investors but failed.

Management hopes that the administration might provide breathing space to restructure the business.

Charles Stanley has resigned as nominated adviser and broker.

The shares were suspended on 30 September 2008 because the figures for the year to March 2008 had not been published. They still have not been released and the quotation will be cancelled on 31 March 2009. At the suspension price of 1.375p a share, ArgentVive is valued at £570,000.
