Astek Group has returned from suspension following the ending of acquisition talks. 

The dental products supplier says its second half figures will be similar or slightly better than the first half figures. Revenues were £504,000 and the loss was £215,000 in the six months to September 2007. 

There will be a charge for fees relating to the proposed acquisition which will increase the loss. The results for the year to March 2008 should be published on 31 July.

The shares were suspended on 11 October at 3.125p. They returned from suspension at 2.25p.
