AT Communications has appointed Grant Thornton as administrator.
The telecoms services provider was hit by delays in receiving payment from a large customer for work worth £6m. On top of that, Nimans, which acquired distribution business Rocom, is claiming £3.62m for warranty claims and adjustments to the completion accounts.
The resignation of Sir Aubrey Brocklebank on 15 July was a worrying sign. Cenkos has resigned as nominated adviser and broker.
The shares were suspended at 3.875p each on 24 June, which valued AT at £2.99m.
