Atlantic Global swung back into profit in 2007.

The employee software company turned a £51,000 loss into a profit of £286,000. This was through a combination of better gross margins and lower overheads.

Net cash fell slightly to £1.55m at the end of 2007, but since then it has increased to £2.01m.

Atlantic is still looking at potential acquisitions but the current share price makes financing a larger deal more difficult. The shares rose 0.5p to 14p following the figures. That values the company at £3.1m.
