Resource management software developer Atlantic Global is recommending a 22p a share cash bid by KeyedIn (UK).

The bid values Atlantic Global at £4.9m. KeyedIn Solutions will own 91.4% and Atlantic Global founder Eugene Blaine the other 8.6%. Blaine will swap this stake for a 5.6% shareholding in KeyedIn Solutions. Blaine will be chief technology officer of the business.

KeyedIn Solutions is a Minnesota-based software and consulting company. The customer focus is mid-market organisations.

KeyedIn believes it can introduce Atlantic Global’s software to new international markets.
