Autoclenz Holdings says that trading is in line with expectations even though the economic conditions remain tough.

The vehicle preparation and specialist cleaning business is being hit by falling car sales and weak public spending. The automotive division has renewed two major contracts, while the property services business is growing its sales.

In 2010, revenues grew from £24m to £26.3m, while the underlying profit fell from £1.36m to £1.2m. The final dividend was maintained at 1p a share.

The company is still waiting for the final judgement from the Supreme Court on the Autoclenz v. Belcher case, which relates to self-employed staff.

At 40.5p a share, Autoclenz is valued at £4.21m.
