Bakery Services is considering a move to Plus-quoted.

The Aim-quoted shell company has yet to make an acquisitions and this has led to the suspension of its shares at 0.025p each. That values the shell at £90,000.

Plus-quoted could provide a market for the shares while Bakery Services continues to look for an acquisition. The costs should be lower than for Aim.

The Aim quotation will end on 29 June 2009 if no acquisition is made.
