Better second half expected for Formjet

Formjet has signed up Tesco and Woolworths as white label customers for its Ability software – a cheap equivalent to Microsoft Office - but these deals haven’t shown through in the figures yet.

They probably won’t make a significant contribution until the second half of this year. The company’s loss fell by more than two thirds in 2006 and it still has £1m of cash in the bank following a cash raising last year. Cash outflow is still significant, though. At 3.375p, Formjet is valued at £4.4m.
