Shares in Bioganix were suspended because it hasn’t sent its accounts to shareholders.
Waste treatment plant operator Bioganix reported on 15 May that its loss increased from £66,000 to £1.06m in 2007. The loss was due to disappointing levels of business with one local authority customer at Bioganix’s Parham site. Bioganix settled the dispute with this customer in April and included £70,000 of the compensation in the 2007 figures. This compensation may be the reason behind the delay in the audited figures.
Bioganix says it expects the accounts to be unqualified and that they will be sent out by 11 July.
“There are not expected to be any material changes from the preliminary final results for the year ended 31 December 2007”, according to the company.
The shares were suspended at 100p.
