Bioganix has sent its accounts to shareholders.

There weren’t any changes to the waste treatment plant operator’s preliminary statement in the accounts and they were unqualified. The shares returned from suspension at 100p.

The new Sharpness plant has been accepting deliveries since May. It even recently received waste from the Glastonbury Festival. By the end of June more than 4,000 tonnes of waste was processed.

The Parham plant is operating near to full capacity and cash compensation payments have been received from the customer that hadn’t supplied enough waste in previous years.

Management is looking for a new waste treatment plant site in Buckinghamshire.

The interim results are due to be published on 29 September.
