Clean Air Power Ltd

Clean Air Power Ltd has raised £1.6m at 4p a share and that will provide working capital ahead of the commencement of European production of its Dual-Fuel combustion technology for heavy trucks.
The new shares represent nearly 30% of the enlarged share capital. The placing price was equal to the previous day’s share price, although it subsequently fell 0.12p to 3.88p. The share price has fallen by three-fifths over the past year.
All the directors took up shares in the placing.
