Another non-executive director has resigned from Corsie Group.
Non-executive chairman David Mathewson has resigned leaving the company without any non-executives. Interestingly, his name, and not Richard Corsie’s, was on the announcement the previous day, which stated that the 2007 results would not be published on 29 April. The audit is still being finished.
