Leeds Group is trying to get two of its nominees appointed to the board of Dawson International.
Dawson recommends that shareholders vote against the appointment of David Bolton and Jan Holmstrom, which are being put forward for election at the AGM. Leeds owns 28.8% of Dawson.
The AGM will be held in Scotland on 29 July.
Dawson said that the circular would be on its website (http://www.dawson-international.co.uk) but at 12.20pm it hadn’t been loaded onto the shareholder circulars page.
The shares are unchanged at 1.75p, which values Dawson at £3.94m.
