DCD Media says its TV distribution business has earned its highest ever revenues.

The integration of the most recent acquisitions is almost complete. They will make a full contribution to the second six months of the year to June 2008.

There are still significant deals outstanding and they will have a significant effect on the outcome for the year to June 2008. Management warns that some of the deals may not be finalised before the end of June. They will fall into the next financial year.

New programmed commissions include science show Richard Hammond’s Lab Rats for BBC1and a second series of Daily Cooks Challenge for ITV.

There has been a board reorganisation with two directors stepping down from the board to concentrate on the subsidiary operations that they run. David Green is taking over as chief creative director and John McIntosh takes over the role of finance director from Michael Barton who becomes a non-executive director. Jim Hytner, who has experience at ITV, Channel 5 and BSkyB, is joining the board as a non-executive.

The shares dipped 1.5p to 32.5p, valuing DCD at £17.3m.
