Elearning company Digital Learning Marketplace, formerly known as Intellego, has sold the UK rights to TT Knowledge Force simulation back to TTS Knowledge Solutions.

The disposal will raise £120,000, with £75,000 paid upfront. The business generated revenues of £60,000 in the year to March 2011.

This disposal is part of the refocusing of the group on two divisions: digital learning company Intellego and serious games and mobile apps developer PIXELearning.

At 0.24p a share, Digital Learning Marketplace is valued at £1.68m.

The company is changing its year end from March to December so the next figures will be for nine months to December 2011.
