DM

A management buy out of DM has been scuppered by the lack of available finance.

This means that there were no acceptable offers for the scratchcard games organiser and database compiler as part of the strategic review.

However, chairman and majority shareholder Adrian Williams has not ruled out taking the business private. DM is also considering other options.

The share price fell 3.5p to 11.75p, which values DM at £17.1m.
