Driver Group says that its full year performance was in line with expectations.

The provider of dispute resolution and other services to the construction sector also says that its net borrowings at the end of September 2008 were significantly lower than the £1m reported at the half way stage.

The UK has done well with London showing a strong improvement. CMC, which was acquired in the second quarter is beginning to bear fruit in terms of cross-referrals nd new clients.

Middle East revenues have more than doubled. The rate of growth is expected to continue to be rapid.

The full year results will be published in mid-January.

At 72p a share, the company is valued at £19m.
