Shareholders have voted for the winding-up of Eclectic Investment Company at an EGM but a second EGM is required on 17 January for everything to go ahead.

Shareholders in Utilico also have to agree to the proposals. Eclectic shareholders can elect to receive shares in Utilico Ltd or cash for their investment.

The shares were suspended at 97.5p. The liquidator will be appointed on 17 January and the quotation will be cancelled on 18 January.
