Education Development International has won a new contract and renewed two others.

Newcastle University’s School of Mathematics and Statistics has signed a three year contract to use the i-assess platform.

The renewals are worth even more. EDI has renewed its three year contracts with the accountancy body ACCA, which uses the company’s i-assess testing service, and vocational training supplier JHP Training, which uses EDI’s vocational qualifications and online assessments.

FinnCap forecasts a rise in full year profits from £2.2m to £3.3m in the year to September 2008.

At 39.75p, the shares are trading on seven times prospective earnings for 2007-08. EDI is valued at £23.3m.
