Back office optimisation software provider eg solutions has secured a contract to provide additional licences to a customer that will be worth £400,000 to the company.
This marks a continuation of the recovery of the business, helped by the partnership with Aspect.

Recurring revenues were more than one-third of total revenues of £4.5m in the year to January 2014, so this provides a strong base.

Mark Brady, a founding partner of SPARK Advisory Partners and a former chairman of the Quoted Companies Alliance, is joining the board as a non-executive. He will be chairman of the remuneration committee. He joins former Monitise directors Duncan McIntyre and John Brougham on the board. Additional management has also been hired. This follows the high profile board departures last year.

House broker finnCap expects a further loss this year on revenues 18% higher at £5.2m. A £300,000 profit is forecast for 2015-16.

At 57p a share, up 2p, eg solutions is valued at £9.39m.
