Rob Smith has resigned as chief executive of Filtronic.
He started out as finance director five years ago and then moved to chief executive. Reg Gott will become executive chairman until a replacement is appointed.
Filtronic is still in the process of selling its antenna division.
Group revenues fell from £21.6m to £15.9m in the year to May 2019. Pre-tax profit slumped from £2.65m to £135,000.
