Focus Solutions has signed a deal that will help its sell its software in Europe.
The consumer facing financial software systems developer has focused its attentions on the UK and Ireland. The reseller agreement with Phormion will help its focus:360 software to break into the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg markets
Phormion has an international sales team and there may be opportunities in additional markets.
Focus shares rose 1p to 28p, valuing the software company at £8.25m. That is equivalent to a 2008-09 prospective multiple of just over four.
