Orb Holdings is reversing into GamingKing.

Orb is the second largest amusement machines operator in the licensed pubs and bars sector. There are 17,000 machines in operation. Clients include Mitchells & Butler and Punch Taverns.

GamingKing provides lotteries and games to registered members clubs. The enlarged group believes that each side of the business will be able to cross-sell its products to the other’s customer base.

GamingKing reported a swing from a profit of £11,000 to a loss of £342,000 in the year to April 2008. Restructuring costs made the loss worse.

GamingKing shares rose 0.23p to 1.15p after they returned from suspension. A 50-for-one share consolidation will happen at the same time as the reversal.
