Fashion brand Hardy Amies is running short of cash.

Its major shareholder Arev Brands Ltd has been providing the company with loans. Hardy Amies has asked for more cash to finance its working capital needs but Arev is unable or unwilling to give it that cash.

This means that Hardy Amies may have to go into administration.

Hardy Amies lost £1.48m on revenues of £1.64m in 2007.

The shares have been suspended at 1.25p each, which values the company at £2.63m.
