Hexagon Human Capital

The HMRC has asked Hexagon Human Capital for a revised payment proposal by 1 March.

This has led the interim management and executive search company to ask for its shares to be suspended at 8p each, which values Hexagon at £1.77m.

Hexagon has not been able to make scheduled payments to HMRC and it has been discussing a revised payment schedule since before Christmas. The new bank facility from Barclays has not been finalised either.
