i-design says that it expects to report a full year loss that is in line with expectations.

That means that the cash machine advertising technology developer is on course for a loss of £1.2m in the year to September 2009. There will be a small increase in revenues but contracts have been delayed. Last November, house broker Arbuthnot forecast a loss of £300,000 in 2008-09.

The company still has £1.7m of cash in the bank at the end of September 2009. That is a lot more than expected and it means that the cash outflow for the year will be less than £400,000. Lower debtors and higher creditors have helped to stem the cash outflow from the loss.

The full year results will be reported at the end of November.

At 14p a share, i-design is valued at £1.97m.
