Film development and sales company Intandem Films is raising a further £142,000 at 0.5p a share on the back of news that it is worldwide sales agent for a film directed by Martin Kemp.

Top Dog is a film about a hooligan gang leader Billy Evans who gets in over his head when he joins a dangerous criminal gang. This is the fourth action/crime film that Intandem has the sales rights to that is produced by Richwater Films. The others are Vendetta, Reign of the General and Assassin, which stars Martin and Gary Kemp.

Intandem is also sales agent for the film Gagarin First in Space, which is about cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin.

Intandem has been talking with EIS funds and other investors which are interested in investing. The cash will be used for working capital. This follows a placing in October that raised £257,000 at 0.5p a share and the £931,000 raised at the same share price during the summer. However, £125,000 of the October share issue, subscribed for by one investor, has still not been received.

At 0.54p a share, down 0.03p, Intandem is valued at £1.92m.
