Jonathan Lander has taken his stake in Interactive Prospect Targeting Holdings to 9.89%.

Volvere boss Lander has bought another 2m shares to take his holding to 5m shares. Non-executive director Martin Kiersnowski, one of IPT’s founders, and Stephane Zittoun, who was part of the original management of the former French operations, both own just over 2m shares. Zittoun is unlikely to want to hold on to his shares so he could be the seller.

Aim-quoted Volvere owns 50% of Interactive Prospect Targeting Ltd - the company that acquired the UK email marketing operations of IPT.

IPT, which is changing its name to Directex Realisations, plans to leave Aim on 22 January 2010.

At 1p a share, up 0.125p on the day, IPT is valued at £500,000.
