Shareholders in Japan Leisure Hotels will get a final distribution of 0.9p a share.

This is slightly higher than the 0.8p a share suggested in January.

Proposals to wind up the company were agreed in June 2011. The Aim quotation was cancelled on 9 June 2011.

JLH joined Aim on 16 January 2008 when it raised £3.05m at 50p a share - after expenses the figure was £1.9m. The company was unable to raise enough cash to reach a significant size so the hotel portfolio was sold.

DKR Oasis owned 87.6% of JLH.
