KleenAir Systems International

It appears that there may still be some life in KleenAir Systems International.

Blomfield Corporate Finance resigned as nominated adviser in March 2009 and it looked as though KleenAir was on course to lose its quotation. WH Ireland has become nominated adviser and broker to KleenAir so there is no immediate worry about losing the quotation.

The shares were suspended on 9 February 2009 at 1.25p a share, which valued KleenAir at £350,000. The company still has until August to come back from suspension.

The vehicle emissions filter supplying subsidiary has been placed in administration. KleenAir intends to go through a company voluntary arrangement and has appointed Valentine & Co to prepare a proposal for creditors.
