Legendary Investments has bought a 42.5% stake in Raw Games, developer of games for mobile devices.
Legendary is providing consultancy services to Birmingham-based Raw Games as part of the payment for the stake.
Raw Games intends to break games down into small downloadable episodes. The first game is called ‘The Spire’.
If Raw Games achieves its milestones then the management of Raw Games can claw back a 22.5% stake. Legendary also has an option
At 0.34p a share, Legendary is valued at £3.22m.
