Libertas Capital still believes that it can find a replacement nominated adviser and it has been given more time.

Libertas shares were suspended on 9 January at 3p each and its nominated adviser Grant Thornton subsequently resigned. Libertas had until 16 February to replace Grant Thornton but this deadline has been extended. There is no indication how long Libertas have got to find the new nominated adviser.

Trafalgar Capital Advisory Partners came to the rescue of the Aim adviser early in February 2009 and, along with other investors, will provide up to £3.65m.
