Lo-Q says that its 2008 profit will be more than £1.85m, which is significantly ahead of expectations.
The profit forecast for 2008 was previously £1.36m. The figure has been flattered by the strength of the dollar.
The shares rose 6.5p to 38p, which values Lo-Q at £5.82m. The shares are trading on less than five times prospective earnings.
The theme park virtual queuing technology developer recently announced that Six Flags will install its system in a further two parks taking the total using the system to 10.
Another trading statement will be made in the week commencing 19 January.
