Software company Lombard Risk Management says that FRSGlobal, a subsidiary of Dutch publisher Wolters Kluwer, has ended bid talks.
Shares in Lombard slumped 1.12p to 7.5p, which is still slightly higher than prior to the announcement of the talks. Lombard is valued at £15.5m.
Lombard had said that it did not believe that FRSGlobal would offer enough for the business for the two sides to come to an agreement.
