Media Corporation

Online gaming and advertising services provider Media Corporation says that it may buy the owner of The Poker Channel.
Media Corp has still to undertake due diligence on Gaming Media Group (www.gamingmediagroup.co.uk), also owns website PokerHeaven.com. GMG, which was formed in 2005, is based in London and has offices in Bucharest, Copenhagen and Malta. In 2011, GMG acquired Danish gaming firm Mermaid Poker.
The shares were suspended at 10.15 am at 1.02p a share, which values Media Corp at £3.65m. They will return from suspension after the details of the deal are published or when negotiations end.
