Metrodome Group has ended its bid talks with Target Entertainment Group.
The shares were suspended at 1.875p a share on 28 June when the talks were announced. The shares have returned from suspension down 0.125p to 1.75p, which values Metrodome at £3.23m.
Metrodome says that it could not agree terms with Target but it is looking for other acquisitions.
