Roofing and building services provider Northern Bear says it has been trading ahead of expectations in the first ten months of the financial year to March 2019.

The full year outcome for operating profit before amortisation and transaction costs is likely to be similar to the £2.9m reported last year. At the interim stage, operating profit improved from £1.4m to £1.7m.

The share price fell 8p to 67.5p. That is nearly 23 times last year’s earnings.
