Canadian quarry operator Pan Pacific Aggregates says its 2010 accounts will be published before the end of June.

The local authorities have allowed Pan pacific to extend the working hours at the Quadling quarry. This will help to improve efficiency. Diverting the British Columbia Hydro power cable will enable the quarry to be developed further.

Euan McAlpine has become executive chairman and William Voaden is now managing director. An additional non-executive director is being sought.

At the 17 January suspension price of 0.38p a share, the Canadian quarry operator was valued at £9.02m.
