Probability reported flat year-on-year net gaming revenues in the most recent quarter and it has announced a partnership agreement with Orbis Technology.

The shares rose 4p to 59.5p each, which values Probability at £12.9m.

Quarter-on-quarter net gaming revenues rose 11% to £1.25m in the three months to June 2009. However, this is exactly the same as the quarter to June 2008.

New customer registrations increased from 49,506 in the quarter to March 2009 to 67,650 in the quarter to June 2009. The growth in registrations ins both of these quarters was lower than in the corresponding quarters last year.

There is no mention of the total number of registered customers so it is difficult to say whether customers gained last year have been retained.

Probability has signed a deal with Orbis Technology Ltd, which has developed the Orbis OpenBet software platform. www.orbisuk.com

Orbis was established in 1996 and is part of UK-based NDS Group, which is partly owned by news International. Sportech is another customer that was recently signed up by Orbis.

The deal will allow Orbis customers to deploy Probability’s mobile games. This makes it easier for online gaming companies to extend their presence into the mobile market.
