Property regeneration services provider Sigma Capital Group says that the third phase of its Norris Green development is about to start and it will receive around £220,000 in fees.

The deal is part of the Regeneration Liverpool partnership between Sigma and Liverpool City Council. The fees are equivalent to 3.8% of gross development costs. Sigma will receive £120,000 over 18 months with the rest payable on completion.

Sigma has formed a joint venture with housebuilder Countryside Properties. Countryside Sigma will develop residential sites in Liverpool. The first project is to build 63 new homes in Norris Green Village, a 63 acre site located five miles from Liverpool city centre. There will be 43 private homes and 20 affordable homes. There have already been 115 homes built on the site.

Another joint venture, Neptune Inpartnership, is developing commercial sites.

The recent bid for i-design will generate £200,000 in cash from the sale of Sigma’s direct and indirect stakes in the cash machine advertising software developer.

At 10.38p a share, up 1.62p, Sigma is valued at £5.08m.
