Kitchen furniture and appliance supplier Waterline has ended bid talks with a third party.
Talks with the management buyout vehicle Woburn Ventures were halted in order to give exclusivity to the unnamed third party. The independent directors are considering their options. They don’t indicate whether talks with Woburn will restart.
The announcement came after the market closed so the shares were unchanged on the day at 54.5p. The share price has been declining over the past month.
