Laurie Beevers and David Youngman have been selling shares in WH Ireland following their dismissal from the Aim adviser.
Beevers has sold 309,000 shares thereby reducing his stake to 1m shares, or 4.7% of WH Ireland. Youngman has sold 399,000 shares leaving him with 500,000 shares, or 2.3% of the company.
The two men left WH Ireland on 19 May and the share sales were on 22 May.
At 76.5p, up 0.5p on the day, WH Ireland is valued at £16m.
