IMImobile Europe has increased its bid for mobile content and managed services provider WIN from 141p to 150p a share.
The recommended increased bid values WIN at £17m. IMImobile bought 600,000 shares at 150p a share on 23 July so it had to increase its bid to the same price.
IMImobile owns, or has acceptances, totalling 47.92% of the share capital of WIN.
ECI Partners had proposed an alternative offer of at least 150p a share in cash and it wanted to set up a new holding company to buy WIN and Mobile Interactive Group.
