YOLO Leisure and Technology

Nigel Wray has taken a 23.3% stake in YOLO Leisure & Technology. 

Wray’s Euroblue Investments Ltd has invested £576,000 at a share price of 1.8p. Last summer, £1.09m was raised at 1.3p a share.

YOLO was previously Pentagon Protection but it sold all of its security-related operations last year. A CVA was completed last December.

Chris Akers owns a stake that has been diluted to around 5%.

YOLO took a 2.27% stake (1.76 million shares) in online eSports tournaments organiser Gfinity for £300,000 when it joined Aim on 22 December.  The Gfinity share price has moved from 17p to 18.75p, although it was as high as 28.75p soon after trading in the shares commenced.

Wray’s Euroblue Investments owns 13.7% of Gfinity. 

At 2.38p a share, YOLO is valued at £3.27m.
