CEPS is an investment company that takes majority stakes in profi table businesses with a good management team. It was formerly known as Dinkie Heel. The shoe components businesses have been sold and horse matting and body armour supplier Davies Odell is the only business left from those days. Friedman's is a lycra material printer and the newest addition to the group is direct mail services supplier Sunline Direct Mail.
